I have been using the excellent services that Griffin's provides since 1968.  It has always been reassuring to know that not only are they experts in their field -- they are honest in their assessment of what needs to be done, and come from their heart.  Dennis, Rob, Paul and Sandy have always treated their customers as friends.  I remember one year when I left a message on their answering machine about an unfamiliar car noise I was hearing.  They were on vacation.  They called me from Canada to reassure me that it was not critical problem and could be handled when they returned.

This is what I call true personal service.  Having my transportation be reliable is very important to me.  Knowing that Griffin's is on top of potential problems before they have a chance to happen give me peace of mind.  I appreciate this, especially in these chaotic times.
